It is a successful project on our part that, in cooperation with forestry, we can save a large number of such imposing and rare trees for posterity. After cutting up the rarity saved from the clearing of the floodplain on the Danube, it was transported home and dried in the open air for more than 1 year. After that, it was artificially dried in a drying chamber. Due to the particularly interesting curling of the log, very eclectic edges were lent to the edges of the cut, rare sheets. Since the golden colors are basically included in the design of the sila, the gold painting in the case of the patterns on the edges wonderfully highlights the forms that can be said to be natural masterpieces hidden under the bark of the tree in combination with the crystal clear synthetic resin. It is a long and very careful project to make a table like this, with lots of sanding, polishing, and increasing wonder as the woods pattern becomes more and more visible.
